Teachers at an Israeli school recently delivered a worksheet to their students which includes, in a list of rights, the right of "Killing Hamas".
This surprised some students' parents enough to cause them to make a formal complaint against the school, Al Ray Palestinian Media Agency reports.
According to Channel 10 Hebrew News, students of Tel Aviv's "Blokh" school were shocked to see the bizarre inclusion on a 2nd grade worksheet.
Parents were quoted to say that "instead of protecting the students, the school throws them in politics beanball", noting that such curriculum was not appropriate for 2nd graders.
Other rights reportedly included the right to swim, the right to eat ice-cream, the right to buy stationary, the right of education, the right to faith in God and the right to eat.
The Israeli Ministry of Education responded as saying that this point is an initiative of one of the pupils but stated. however, that the right does not fit in with the laws of "democratic" countries.

A disabled Jerusalemite woman, Nadya al-Maghribi, aged 55, along with her 22-year-old daughter, Amani, were assaulted by Israeli police, Tuesday, upon which the daughter was taken into custody and, subsequently, the mother, while she was attending the daughter's Wednesday court hearing.
WAFA correspondence reports that, earlier on Tuesday, around 10 Israeli policemen intercepted Amani and her diabetic mother as they were leaving their house in occupied East Jerusalem's al-Tur neighborhood (Mount of Olives).
The mother said that one of the officers stuck his foot out and tripped her, causing her to fall to the ground and, when her daughter rushed to help her up, she was severely beaten by police.
The mother reportedly suffers from a partial paralysis in one of her legs, and depends on crutches to help her walk.
Police forces attacked Amani on her head, with the butts of their rifles, while pulling her hair and kicking her in the abdomen with their boots, numerous times, before finally dragging her to their jeep and tearing her clothes.
An attorney with Addameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association said that 55-year-old Nadia Mughrabi was arrested while she was attending the trial for her daughter, who was herself arrested for allegedly attempting to attack one of the policeman.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Club (PPC) said Israeli police arrested Nehal Gawadreh, 30, while she was visiting her husband, Muammar, who is incarcerated at Eshel prison, in Beersheba.
Muammar was released during the Shalit prisoner swap exchange of 2011, but was arrested again last June, following the alleged kidnapping of three settlers who went missing, on June 12, and were later found dead near the spot from which they had originally went missing, near Hebron.

The Israeli leftist group Breaking the Silence on Monday unveiled a new confession made by an Israeli soldier showing some of the repressive practices the Palestinians are exposed to at West Bank checkpoints.
The soldier, who worked for an army engineering unit during the first intifada in the West Bank, said that during the intifada, he, like many other soldiers, enjoyed harassing and humiliating peaceful Palestinian civilians and families.
He explained how he had enjoyed maltreating a Palestinian father at a checkpoint when he insulted him in front of his family and forced him to leave his car on a rainy day and remove the tires with no reason.
He added he and his fellow soldiers loved to see him getting wet in the rain and laughed at the man, but that incident made him feel sorry for many years until he eventually decided to make his confession.
Breaking the Silence had published many confessions made by Israeli soldiers about their involvement in criminal activities against Palestinians in the West Bank in order to just have fun.

A Jerusalemite citizen said that an Israeli police force broke into his family home to arrest his two-year-old nephew on Monday.
Bassam Zeidani said that the police force said they had orders to arrest Hamza Zeidani, but when they saw that he was a child they took away his uncle Mohammed Zeidani.
Commenting on the incident, the head of the Palestinian prisoner association Qaddoura Fares said that the Israeli security apparatuses were blinded with security concerns to the extent of ordering the arrest of a baby.
He warned against persistence in such practices that only expose the Israeli occupation authority’s savagery that does not differentiate between children and adults

The two-year-old child Mimati
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Friday evening a Palestinian journalist while covering clashes in Silwad town, north of Ramallah.
Eyewitnesses said that Palestine TV channel reporter Ali Dar Ali was arrested in Ramallah and taken to an unknown destination while covering the violent clashes that broke out between Israeli forces and local youths in Silwad.
Three youths were injured with rubber bullets during the confrontation, while an elderly man suffered breathing problems due to the heavy tear gas bombs fired by Israeli forces, the sources added.
The clashes erupted at the western entrance to the town when Israeli forces heavily fired a barrage of tear gas bombs and rubber-coated metal bullets at Palestinian youths who responded by throwing stones and empty bottles.
On the other hand, IOF soldiers stormed a Palestinian home in Silwan town in occupied Jerusalem and tried to arrest a two-year-old child and his 9-year-old cousin.
Wadi al-Hilweh Information Center confirmed that a large Israeli force broke into the home, claiming that the two children were stoning the soldiers from the rooftop.
Family sources told the center that the child Mimati Yasini, aged just two, had apparently thrown a stone while playing on the rooftop of the home.
"Raise your children not to throw stones! We are here to protect all of you", the Israeli officer claimed, addressing the child’s grandfather.
Israeli forces searched the home and tried to arrest the child for having “colored stones” in his pocket, which turned out be to be "candy".

Professor Hillel Vice, a university lecturer at the Israeli Bar-IIan University, sparked a public outrage after he launched calls for wiping out the Palestinian people. Vice wrote on his Facebook page: “The liquidation of the Palestinian people is an unavoidable undertaking”, and “The Arab movements exist to kill and spread insanity.”
The Israeli Jerusalem Online newspaper on Monday quoted Vice, who did not express any regret, as claiming: “The fact that Abu Mazen (PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas) called us murderers on the UN General Assembly stage stirred up my wrath.”
Vice, currently serving as the chairman of the so-called Friends of the Temple, dubbed the Palestinian people as some insignificant minority.
“You are not a nation. You are an insignificant minority, the faster you leave Israel willingly, the better it will be for you,” Vice’s Facebook statement read verbatim.

![]() A footage release from Hebrew TV Channel 1, on Sunday, shows armed Israeli children training with weapons at one of Israeli military sites in the Negev Desert.
Al Ray Palestinian Media Agency reports that some of the children came with their parents from the United States to donate for Israeli military. Violating established rules, soldiers at the site allowed the children to hold guns and trained them how to shoot. The video shows the children training with Israeli-made Tavor and sniper rifles. |
The TV anchor interviewed Carmela Menashe, correspondent for military affairs on Israel’s public TV Kol Yisrael.
According to the Israeli report, the children in the video are between the ages of 10 and 15. They were allowed to use firearms and military-issued rifles at the military base, accompanied by military soldiers and commanders.
Menashe said those in charge, and allowed this to happen, should be prosecuted for violating rules and safety codes:
"The children are using weapons in a military base; we are talking about children between the ages of 10 and 15, and they are using weapons issued to the soldiers, without even elementary measures of safety…
This is a serious issue. Those children could get hurt, could hurt somebody… I don’t understand how an army commander would allow something like that to happen… this is against the law and the norms…
I believe the military police needs to open an investigation into the matter…"

28th September 2014 | International Solidarity Movement | Khalil Team Several teenagers threw stones towards the checkpoint and the soldiers began firing tear gas. An ISM activist present stated, “Four young girls were walking past the boys throwing stones. The boys deliberately stopped throwing stones so the girls could pass safely, but the border police fired tear gas anyway.” At one point two border police grabbed a 12-year-old boy by the arm, |
dragged him to the checkpoint, and detained him for 20 minutes.
In a separate incident close by, nine-year-old Razain was walking near another local school when Israeli forces threw a stun grenade close to her legs. Shrapnel from the stun grenade injured her as it exploded in close proximity, stated Razain’s grandfather to ISM volunteers.
This morning at the Salaymeh checkpoint, Israeli forces fired three tear gas grenades and one stun grenade at schoolchildren.
An ISM activist present stated, “Around three young boys ran towards the checkpoint and threw stones towards the armed Israeli soldiers. They then fired a tear gas grenade towards the the children walking to school, forcing them to run through clouds of gas. This continued for around 40 minutes, with several more children throwing stones and two more tear gas grenades being fired. At one point the soldiers entered through the checkpoint towards the schools and threw one stun grenade. Many of the children were very afraid, it’s clearly no way to begin a day of education. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to concentrate and learn when your day begins with military violence.”

Today (sept 23) at Salaymeh checkpoint in Hebron, Israeli forces fired 29 rounds of tear gas and 5 stun grenades at children going to school.
The morning started off peaceful as children passed through the checkpoint but as word spread that two Palestinians had been murdered by the Israeli army the night before, tensions began to rise quickly. Israeli forces had a clear presence at the checkpoint from the start. A few small stones were thrown by a small number of young boys, but landed nowhere near the checkpoint. Three Israeli Border police proceeded to fire the first round of tear gas at the children. In total, 29 tear gas canisters and 5 stun grenades were fired. This was extremely excessive and unnecessary as the Israeli border police were clearly in no danger. Two ambulances were called to the scene due to the immense amounts of tear gas fired and a Palestinian teacher stated that 30 school children and 15 teachers suffered from excessive tear gas inhalation. International Solidarity Movement (ISM) activists then left Salaymeh checkpoint and headed over to Qeitun checkpoint around 5 minutes away as they heard the firing of tear gas. At Qeitun checkpoint clashes had erupted and were underway between unarmed Palestinian youth and Israeli forces. An excessive amount of tear gas was used in addition to rubber coated steel bullets and stun grenades. A small group of older boys were throwing stones but they did not manage to reach the Israeli forces. However, the commander insisted on firing despite the presence of the many young children, some as young as 8 |
years old, in front of them attempting to get to school. Later on the Israeli forces threw stun grenades and brutally grabbed and arrested two young Palestinian boys between the ages of 14 and 15 years old. One of the boys whilst in a headlock and handcuffed was punched several times in the side. ISM activists ran up to ask the boys their names and correct ages but the Israeli forces were very hostile. They were both forced through the turnstiles and were kept at the checkpoint for a few minutes before Israeli forces marched them to the police station near the Ibrahimi mosque.

Anti-Hamas lollipops distributed on Sunday and anti-Hamas matchboxes distributed on Thursday
Israel has dropped hundreds of anti-Hamas lollipops in two of the West Bank's largest cities, in a renewed attempt to incite Palestinian popular opinion against the Islamist political group.
Palestinian residents of Nablus and Ramallah noticed on Sunday morning that hundreds of lollipops had been dropped in the streets and alleyways of the city, decorated with the phrase "Ramadan Kareem … Some sweets, after Hamas has made life in the West Bank bitter."
Witnesses in Nablus told Ma'an that they saw Israeli soldiers throwing the lollipops in the streets.
The Israel military has deployed heavily across the West Bank in the last two weeks, as part of an operation to find three missing Israeli teens that has led to the deaths of seven Palestinian civilians, injured more than 130, and resulted in the detention of nearly 600 after more than 1,350 military raids.
Onlookers Ma'an spoke to believed that the passing out of the lollipops is part of a "psychological warfare" by Israeli occupation forces to incite the Palestinian people against Hamas, which it accuses of having "kidnapped" the three Israeli teens.
Others, however, said that they thought the "strange behavior" indicates that the Israeli military operation in the West Bank has failed to find a clue about the missing Israeli teenagers, and are hoping to reach out for potential information.
The lollipops are not the first anti-Hamas "gifts" Israeli forces have passed out in the West Bank in recent days.
During a military raid in Nablus on Thursday, Israeli forces dropped match boxes in the streets with a phrase in colloquial Arabic reading "Beware! Hamas is inflaming the West Bank."

Over 10,000 people have joined an online campaign to kill a Palestinian "terrorist" every hour until three missing Israeli teens are returned to their families, Israeli media reported Sunday.
The Israeli newspaper Maariv reported on its website that within hours of its creation, a Facebook page calling for the hourly assassination of Palestinian "terrorists" had reached 10,000 likes.
The Facebook page called on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to "take responsibility instead of holding (President Mahmoud) Abbas responsible" for the alleged kidnapping of three Israeli teens, Maariv reported.
Three Israelis, aged 16-19, disappeared Thursday night from nearby the Jewish-only settlement of Gush Etzion.
Netanyahu said Abbas was responsible for the safe return of the youths, and blamed Hamas for kidnapping them.
Palestinian leadership denied responsibility for preventing the kidnapping of the youths.
Ehab Bessaiso, spokesman for the Palestinian unity government, stressed Sunday in a statement that the three youths went missing from Area C, the approximately 62 percent of the West Bank that is under full Israeli military control.
Hamas denied involvement, calling Netanyahu's claims "stupid."

Arab Knesset member Ahmad Tibi delivered an urgent letter to the Israeli Minister of Internal security Yitzhak Aharonovic asking for an investigation into the violence of the Israeli security forces in al-Aqsa yards a few days ago. According to a filmed video-shoot, seven Israeli soldiers swooped down upon a Palestinian elderly man and heavily kicked him with their boots in such a brutal and humiliating manner until the old man was finally dragged and thrown onto the floor.
“All appeals by those who were around him went in vain and the Israeli police persisted in knocking the man around. Therefore an urgent investigation into the background of the assault is required from you. Israeli misdemeanors have bypassed all ethical, religious and even humanitarian red lines,” Tibi said in his letter.
“This is not the first time we have seen with our own eyes the brutality of the Israeli police, to whom neither law nor humanitarian decrees really matter,” Tibi Further declared in a press statement on Monday, calling on the Israeli occupation authorities to forbid all potential breaches of the law.
“Pictures speak for themselves. No way could we deny their veracity. Such Israeli attacks launched on the Muslim congregation in holy al-Aqsa yards must be brought to a halt, once and for all,” Tbibi added as he confronted the Israeli Police Inspector General Yohanan Danino and the Israeli minister Aharonovic with the video shoot, broadcast by Quds News Agency.
