In April 2002, Naveh signed an order authorizing the IDF to raid Jericho city. The troops under his command shelled and destroyed the prison over the head of the prisoners.
This order is a crime of war. Among others, Ibrahim Abu Al-Amin, a PA security guard, was killed due to this criminal order of Naveh, and other 18 PA security guards were arrested, and the prisoners, among them Ahmad Sa'adat which Israel suspected him of killing the Israeli Tourism Minster Rahba'am Zaevi
On 3 October 2003, Yair Naveh signed an order to expand four illegal Jewish settlements in the Occupied territories and confiscating thousands of dunums of agricultural from their Palestinian owners.
The settlement were Givat Ze'ev in occupied Jerusalem, Oranit in the Palestinian West Bank city Nablus, Betar Illit in the southern part of the West Bank near Bethlehem city at Etzion Bloc, near the Al-Aroub refugee camp, and Maskiyyot in Jordan Vally.
On December 15 2005, Major General Yair Naveh signed a discriminatory and racist order which bars Palestinians with Israeli work permits from entering Israel via the roads which the Jews use to enter the country from the West Bank.
Naveh authorized the Civil Administration to determine which crossings could be used by non-Israelis, and also to determine "the arrangements that will apply at these crossing points".
In addition, his order defined who is an Israeli, using the same language that is now posted on the signs at the various crossings which separate the West Bank cities from the north and the south and turned the Palestinian towns into de-facto concentration camps.
On 19 November 2006, Major General Yair Naveh ordered the establishment of a mechanism for the issuing of permits for transporting Palestinian residents in Israeli registered vehicles throughout the occupied territories.
The fascist order established that it is forbidden for Israelis to transport Palestinians in their own cars without having an appropriate permit.
Naveh instituted the widespread use of the roving death squads of the IDF, the "Mistaraveen", to assassinate "politically underirable" Palestinians. The mistaraveen wear Arab dress and are difficult to recognize as strangers, they assassinate their Palestinian victims in their shops, homes, streets in the middle civilians without warning.
In April 2004, Brigadier General Yair Naveh gave an order to his soldiers to raid the Palestinian towns of Hebron, Jenin, Ramallah, Nablus, and Howarah during the night in order to arrest five banks workers in Ramallah and steal 3 million Shekel from the PA.
In Hebron the IDF looted the gold and the money from the Palestinian jewelry shops and the Abdin Exchange company, looted the computers and arrested the owners.
In Ramallah they raided Khaled Al-Hawari's house and looting his computers and all the money in his house.
In Nablus they raid the house and the gold shop of Othman Khader Abu Al-Suad, and they looted his gold, his money and his computers.
In Jenin, they raid the house and the exchange shop of Ibrahim Nassar and looted his money.
On 23 May 2006, Naveh, signed a criminal order which caused that murder four Palestinians were murdered and 48 were injured during a raid on Ramallah by the IDF soldiers who executed this order.
On 29 June 2006, Naveh signed a criminal order which caused the IDF to raid the Palestinian cities in the West Bank and during which were arrested 64 PA employees, ministers and elected Parliament members from Hamas.
On Thursday 4 January 2007, IDF death squads ("mistaraveen") under the orders of Naveh entered the al-Makateb building on al-Hisba Street in Ramallah and shot and injured Rabi Hamed, who was able to escape despite the massive IDF presence.
During this attack, 25 military jeeps arrived from three different directions into the city, three military bulldozers were deployed, destroying cars and damaging buildings in the streets surrounding al-Manara square, Apache helicopters fired large-calibre bullets and tear gas from above.
Four unarmed Palestinian civilians were killed during this criminal action, among them a child killed by a bullet to the head, and over 30 Palestinian civilians were injured.

Naveh also signed orders to confiscate, or rather, illegally appropriate, many hectares of Palestinians agricultural land in the West Bank in order to build the Apartheid Wall.
Among the so "confiscated" land by Naveh are 24 Hectares from the Palestinian Village of Bardalah near Jericho.
In March 2006, Naveh predicted that King Abdullah would fall and that he would be Jordan's last king.
On 16 January 2007, the IDF invaded the Palestinians cities in the West Bank, destroyed the public and private infrastructure and arrested hundreds of innocent civilists. The IDF was looking for Naveh's car, which had been declared stolen.
After the IDF caused massive damages to public and private property in all of the West Bank and arrested and mistreated hundreds in many Palestinian cities, the car was founded near the house where Naveh himself lived.

Abu Roken was replaced by Yoan Polly Mordachai as a chief of a bulldozer unit, perpetrator of robbery, theft of agricultural lands, demolition and destruction of the homes of many Palestinians, deportations, razing of whole towns and villages and thousands of trees to the ground. He received his post on January 25 2007 in replacement to the former chief of the bulldozer Unit Brigadier General Kamil Abu Rokoon, a Druze.

Yishai Be'er (or Yishai Bar) was born in 1956. He is married and a father of six children.
Be'er studied the Law at Harvard University Law school, and he attended some other law courses in various colleges.
As a jurist, Be'er used his knowledge of the letter of the law to commit, support or cover up grave crimes. He violated the principles of law which he studied and instead implemented talmudic and Israeli military laws, which are racist and inhuman laws. He also implemented the illegitimate laws of the British Mandate which ended on 15 May 1948.
As a soldier, "Be'er" participated in and committed crimes against Humanity, Genocide, and Crimes of War against the civilian populations of Palestine and Lebanon during his military career. Being a jurist and integrant of the special forces makes him an obvious suspect of having participated in or organized the many torture camps of the IDF in southern Lebanon, for example the infamous Khiam, which was bombed by the IDF in 2006 to erase the evidence of their crimes.
Be'er is a well known religious and Zionist extremist member of a fundamentalist Yeshiva in occupied Jerusalem. He studied together with two other Zionist war criminals, his colleagues Major General Elazar Stern, an ultra-Orthodox commander of the Paratroopers Brigade reserve, and Major General Yair Naveh of Golani Brigade at Aryeh Bina's Meir Rosh Yeshiva High School in occupied Jerusalem. This extremist Yeshiva which is directed by Ilana R. Scheiner and financed by the Israeli government and an American Friend of Zionists, Netiv Aryeh.
Be'er legitimized the murder of Palestinian civilians during the second Intifada by the IDF and illegal Jewish colonists, and he also legitimized war crimes against the innocent Lebanese civilian population during the war of 2006. Be'er was the President of the Court of Appeals at the office of the Military Advocate General during the war against Lebanon in 2006.
Be'er was President of the Court of Appeals of the Israeli Forces during five years, until Wednesday 20 April 2007, when he ended his assignment. He was replaced by another war criminal, Brigadier General Shai Yaniv. Yaniv was born in 1956, and he was Be'er's assistant during his assignment as President of the Court of Appeals of the IDF.
Be'er took part in the operation carried out by Israel commandos at Entebbe Airport in Uganda on July 4, 1976, to release some Israeli hostages who fell in the hands of Palestinian resistance and the German Red Brigades, who were demanding the release of 53 prisoners from Israeli jails.
Bar was a platoon leader during the Entebbe operation, which was also known as the Entebbe Commandos Raid or Operation Thunderbolt. After the operation ended, it was renamed "Operation Yonatan" in memory of the criminal Lieutenant Colonel Yonatan "Yoni" Netanyahu, an Israeli soldier from the Sayeret Matkal commandos and who was killed during the operation. "Yoni" was the brother of Benjamin Netanyahu, the former President of Israel from the extremist "Likud" party. Four hostages were killed and five Israeli commandos were wounded during the operation.
In March 14, 1978 Bar took part in military "Operation Litani", during which Israel invaded Lebanon from three directions in order to occupy the area of Lebanon south of the Litani river. Be'er was a company commander during this criminal operation in which hundreds of Palestinians and Lebanese were killed. The invasion of Lebanon under the pretext of fighting with the PLO, which then was strongly present in Lebanon, had the only purpose of stealing the water of the Litani river. During the over 20 years of Israeli occupation in Lebanon, millions of cubic meters of water from the Litani river were siphoned off to Israel via an underground pipeline.
In this way, in normal years Israel stole 150 million cubic meters of water, in good years the booty was up to 250 million cubic meters. The underground pipeline which Israel used (uses ?) to steal the water of the Litani passes under the villages of Deir Mimas and Kfar Kala and under the Al-Kurdali bridge in southern Lebanon, and ends in Qiryat Shemona, where it joins another underground water pipeline. Currently (2008) the UN and the armed forces of Germany and several other countries help Israel to continue stealing the water from the Litani river, as this forces contingent occupies Lebanon south of the Litani on Israels behalf.
In 1979 Be'er committed war crimes and crimes comprising genocide against the Palestinian people while he served as a company commander and up to the position of a Paratrooper Brigade commander in the occupied Palestinian territories. Yishai Be'er (or Yishai Bar) was born in 1956. He is married and a father of six children.
Be'er studied the Law at Harvard University Law school, and he attended some other law courses in various colleges.
As a jurist, Be'er used his knowledge of the letter of the law to commit, support or cover up grave crimes. He violated the principles of law which he studied and instead implemented talmudic and Israeli military laws, which are racist and inhuman laws. He also implemented the illegitimate laws of the British Mandate which ended on 15 May 1948.
As a soldier, "Be'er" participated in and committed crimes against Humanity, Genocide, and Crimes of War against the civilian populations of Palestine and Lebanon during his military career. Being a jurist and integrant of the special forces makes him an obvious suspect of having participated in or organized the many torture camps of the IDF in southern Lebanon, for example the infamous Khiam, which was bombed by the IDF in 2006 to erase the evidence of their crimes.
Be'er is a well known religious and Zionist extremist member of a fundamentalist Yeshiva in occupied Jerusalem. He studied together with two other Zionist war criminals, his colleagues Major General Elazar Stern, an ultra-Orthodox commander of the Paratroopers Brigade reserve, and Major General Yair Naveh of Golani Brigade at Aryeh Bina's Meir Rosh Yeshiva High School in occupied Jerusalem. This extremist Yeshiva which is directed by Ilana R. Scheiner and financed by the Israeli government and an American Friend of Zionists, Netiv Aryeh.
Be'er legitimized the murder of Palestinian civilians during the second Intifada by the IDF and illegal Jewish colonists, and he also legitimized war crimes against the innocent Lebanese civilian population during the war of 2006. Be'er was the President of the Court of Appeals at the office of the Military Advocate General during the war against Lebanon in 2006.
Be'er was President of the Court of Appeals of the Israeli Forces during five years, until Wednesday 20 April 2007, when he ended his assignment. He was replaced by another war criminal, Brigadier General Shai Yaniv. Yaniv was born in 1956, and he was Be'er's assistant during his assignment as President of the Court of Appeals of the IDF.
Be'er took part in the operation carried out by Israel commandos at Entebbe Airport in Uganda on July 4, 1976, to release some Israeli hostages who fell in the hands of Palestinian resistance and the German Red Brigades, who were demanding the release of 53 prisoners from Israeli jails.
Bar was a platoon leader during the Entebbe operation, which was also known as the Entebbe Commandos Raid or Operation Thunderbolt. After the operation ended, it was renamed "Operation Yonatan" in memory of the criminal Lieutenant Colonel Yonatan "Yoni" Netanyahu, an Israeli soldier from the Sayeret Matkal commandos and who was killed during the operation. "Yoni" was the brother of Benjamin Netanyahu, the former President of Israel from the extremist "Likud" party. Four hostages were killed and five Israeli commandos were wounded during the operation.
In March 14, 1978 Bar took part in military "Operation Litani", during which Israel invaded Lebanon from three directions in order to occupy the area of Lebanon south of the Litani river. Be'er was a company commander during this criminal operation in which hundreds of Palestinians and Lebanese were killed. The invasion of Lebanon under the pretext of fighting with the PLO, which then was strongly present in Lebanon, had the only purpose of stealing the water of the Litani river. During the over 20 years of Israeli occupation in Lebanon, millions of cubic meters of water from the Litani river were siphoned off to Israel via an underground pipeline.
In this way, in normal years Israel stole 150 million cubic meters of water, in good years the booty was up to 250 million cubic meters. The underground pipeline which Israel used (uses ?) to steal the water of the Litani passes under the villages of Deir Mimas and Kfar Kala and under the Al-Kurdali bridge in southern Lebanon, and ends in Qiryat Shemona, where it joins another underground water pipeline. Currently (2008) the UN and the armed forces of Germany and several other countries help Israel to continue stealing the water from the Litani river, as this forces contingent occupies Lebanon south of the Litani on Israels behalf.

His forces fatally shot stone-throwing protesters, carried out punitive house demolitions, and imposed prolonged mass house arrests, while allowing Jewish colonists to rampage through the city, attacking Palestinians and internationals with impunity.
Under Tibon's authority, Hebron was the only major Palestinian city in the West Bank that remains in substantial measure under the direct control of the Israeli Defense Force (IDF). The city is home to about 150,000 Palestinians. In the first week of March, 2001, soldiers under the command of Noam Tivon shot Jadalla Al-Jaabari in a leg in the vegetable market, without provocation and "just for fun". On January 12 2001 Faisal Shaker Al-Hassouna, an Israeli citizen, was passing through Al-Shalalah street. Soldiers under Tivon's command shot him without reason. Two soldiers, one an officer of the Border Police under the officer Jihad Kabalan (a Druze from Beit Jan), dragged him through the streets while the other soldiers celebrated.

Who is Major General Avi Mizrahi?
Below is a brief statement about the war criminal Major General Avi Mizrahi, whom the Palestinian authority continues hosting in the occupied Palestinian cities together with his military intelligence team.
Currently, Mizrahi is a Commander of the IDF military “Central Command” which is responsible for all kinds of theft, robbery, murder, arrest and assassination operations in the occupied West Bank, as well about all the military checkpoints and military bases spread everywhere in the Palestinians cities and towns.
He was appointed on October 22 2009 in replacement to the war criminal Gadi Shamini, (currently military attaché in Washington).
During the first Intifada, Mizrahi was a commander of an armored brigade. Through his personal talk published in Hebrew media, Mizrahi confesses that he was a field murderer, always on foot and achieved his “targets” of executing Palestinians and jailing them.
During the tunnel clashes which broke in 1996 as a result of the Israeli drilling under Al-Aqsa and opening a museum, Mizrahi administrated the IDF operations in the Palestinians cities where he arrested dozens of Palestinians and murdered dozens more.
Between 2001 and 2003, Mizrahi served as the commander of an IDF division, during the so- called “Operation Defensive Shield” a large-scale military operation in the occupied West Bank during the second Intifada and which started on March 29 2002, Mizrahi was a commander of the IDF division 36 “Achsgolny”, he joined his troops in terrorist operation into Ramallah placing Yasser Arafat and his compound under siege.
He murdered dozens of PA security forces who were found in a building near Al-Moqata which Mizrahi had surrounded with tanks.
Mizrahi also sent his tanks to invade Tulkarem and Qalqilya.
On April 1 2002, he invaded Bethlehem.
On 2 April 2002 he invaded Jenin and Nablus where he perpetrated massacres and other war crimes. His operation in Jenin was characterized by strict curfews on civilian populations; restrictions were imposed on movement of international personnel, including a prohibition of entry of humanitarian and medical goods and personnel into the Palestinian cities.
Over 700 Palestinians were killed by Mizrahi tanks during these incursions.
During the Lebanon war 1982, Mizrahi was commander of a tank battalion, his activity included ambushes and crossing the Litani.
During the second Lebanon war, Mizrahi was a commander of a Merkava tank brigade together with Chico Tamir and Nitzan Alon (now commander of the IDF in the occupied territories).
After the war of 2006 he returned to the IDF ground forces and headed “Operation Cast Lead” in Gaza.
Mizrahi is an extremist and radical zionist. He was born in 1957 in Haifa (a Palestinian city ethnically cleansed by the jews in 1948).
Mizrahi is a strong supporter of the squatter colonies in the West Bank. He described the terrorist squatters as “mostly great people. We have to support them” in Hebrew media.
Mizrahi went to the Bilin village where a weekly peace demo faces his troops. Mizrahi ordered his troops to shoot at the demonstrators in Bilin.
After his visit, a foreigner peace activist was shot dead. Mizrahi described his visit to Bilin and said: “I saw dozens of Israelis violating the law; the law is not being met with them. Our soldier should enforce the law, and also on those ones who share Bilin demos”.
Mizrahi is married with a teacher. He has three daughters (one is married and 2 are IDF soldiers).
He lives with his family in a village about 45 Km. south of Haifa. This was called Zamarin and it is one of the many Palestinian villages which were ethnically cleansed by the jews.
The village was renamed “Zichron Yaacov” and a zionist colony established by James de Rothschild, now ultra-orthodox jews and members of Chabad-Lubavitch live there. Zamarin was the the first village which was attacked and ethnically cleansed by the Haganah terrorists in their massacre against Palestinian villages, cities and towns in 1948.
Mizrahi joined the IDF in 1975. He was in the “Merkava 36th armored division” (this means that he was a cluster bomber Sheller). From 1988-1990, Mizrahi was a commander the Israeli military death squad “Nahshon” assigned to the Ephraim Brigade (a branch of the “Kfir” armored corps which operates in the West Bank), and was involved in executing Palestinian civilians and the stones throwers, and breaking the bones of many Palestinian victims during the first Intifada.
In 1992 Mizrahi was a commander of the “Shimshon Battalion” assigned to the Etzion Brigade, (another branch of the “Kfir” death squad unit operating in the West Bank), where the extremist squatters were welcome to join IDF operations to murder Palestinians. He was the commander of a reserve armored brigade of “Merkava” tanks.
Between 1990 and 2000, Mizrahi was a commander of an IDF reserves unit and the commander for company and battalion war criminals.

Below is a brief statement about the war criminal Major General Avi Mizrahi, whom the Palestinian authority continues hosting in the occupied Palestinian cities together with his military intelligence team.
Currently, Mizrahi is a Commander of the IDF military “Central Command” which is responsible for all kinds of theft, robbery, murder, arrest and assassination operations in the occupied West Bank, as well about all the military checkpoints and military bases spread everywhere in the Palestinians cities and towns.
He was appointed on October 22 2009 in replacement to the war criminal Gadi Shamini, (currently military attaché in Washington).
During the first Intifada, Mizrahi was a commander of an armored brigade. Through his personal talk published in Hebrew media, Mizrahi confesses that he was a field murderer, always on foot and achieved his “targets” of executing Palestinians and jailing them.
During the tunnel clashes which broke in 1996 as a result of the Israeli drilling under Al-Aqsa and opening a museum, Mizrahi administrated the IDF operations in the Palestinians cities where he arrested dozens of Palestinians and murdered dozens more.
Between 2001 and 2003, Mizrahi served as the commander of an IDF division, during the so- called “Operation Defensive Shield” a large-scale military operation in the occupied West Bank during the second Intifada and which started on March 29 2002, Mizrahi was a commander of the IDF division 36 “Achsgolny”, he joined his troops in terrorist operation into Ramallah placing Yasser Arafat and his compound under siege.
He murdered dozens of PA security forces who were found in a building near Al-Moqata which Mizrahi had surrounded with tanks.
Mizrahi also sent his tanks to invade Tulkarem and Qalqilya.
On April 1 2002, he invaded Bethlehem.
On 2 April 2002 he invaded Jenin and Nablus where he perpetrated massacres and other war crimes. His operation in Jenin was characterized by strict curfews on civilian populations; restrictions were imposed on movement of international personnel, including a prohibition of entry of humanitarian and medical goods and personnel into the Palestinian cities.
Over 700 Palestinians were killed by Mizrahi tanks during these incursions.
During the Lebanon war 1982, Mizrahi was commander of a tank battalion, his activity included ambushes and crossing the Litani.
During the second Lebanon war, Mizrahi was a commander of a Merkava tank brigade together with Chico Tamir and Nitzan Alon (now commander of the IDF in the occupied territories).
After the war of 2006 he returned to the IDF ground forces and headed “Operation Cast Lead” in Gaza.
Mizrahi is an extremist and radical zionist. He was born in 1957 in Haifa (a Palestinian city ethnically cleansed by the jews in 1948).
Mizrahi is a strong supporter of the squatter colonies in the West Bank. He described the terrorist squatters as “mostly great people. We have to support them” in Hebrew media.
Mizrahi went to the Bilin village where a weekly peace demo faces his troops. Mizrahi ordered his troops to shoot at the demonstrators in Bilin.
After his visit, a foreigner peace activist was shot dead. Mizrahi described his visit to Bilin and said: “I saw dozens of Israelis violating the law; the law is not being met with them. Our soldier should enforce the law, and also on those ones who share Bilin demos”.
Mizrahi is married with a teacher. He has three daughters (one is married and 2 are IDF soldiers).
He lives with his family in a village about 45 Km. south of Haifa. This was called Zamarin and it is one of the many Palestinian villages which were ethnically cleansed by the jews.
The village was renamed “Zichron Yaacov” and a zionist colony established by James de Rothschild, now ultra-orthodox jews and members of Chabad-Lubavitch live there. Zamarin was the the first village which was attacked and ethnically cleansed by the Haganah terrorists in their massacre against Palestinian villages, cities and towns in 1948.
